CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time position in a food manufacturing environment. The role involves unpacking raw materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and packaging finished goods, while ensuring quality standards are met and issues are reported promptly.

Starting pay is $19.50 per hour with a 3rd shift (8:15 PM – 5:15 AM). The company offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision plans, 401k with company match, disability plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 years of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.

Responsabilités

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; dispose of waste or fix as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMP/safety policies.
