Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring a Line Attendant for the 2nd shift (6 pm–6 am) in Stilwell, OK. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential, creating an approximate $18.75/hour on eligible shifts. This full-time role involves packaging, quality checks, and adherence to GMP and safety rules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
0–1 years of experience.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
Ensure products meet company and government quality standards.
Inspect products and document waste as directed.
Notify supervisor of quality issues or equipment problems.
Follow GMPs, safety regulations, and company procedures.
