Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a full-time, second-shift position in Stilwell, Oklahoma. Starting pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 night differential from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., and shift runs 4:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m.

Responsibilities include unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring quality standards. Must meet GMP and safety regulations and adapt to rotating schedules. Apply to join a growing company with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Manual dexterity and physical stamina for handling materials.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste; notify supervisor of issues or breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state/federal regulations and GMPs.
