Job summary

CJ Schwan’s is hiring for a full-time role in a food manufacturing environment in Stilwell, OK. The position runs first shift, 5:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., with starting pay of $17.25 per hour and an additional $1.50 shift differential for hours 6 p.m.–6 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist and arm motions.
• Adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; discard or fix as directed; record waste amounts.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and equipment breakdowns.
• Comply with USDA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, GMPs and safety rules.
