CJ Schwan's is hiring for a full-time manufacturing role in Stilwell, OK. Start pay is $17.25 per hour with a $1.50 shift differential for eligible hours and a 5a–5p schedule.

You will unpack materials, mix ingredients, assemble and package products, while ensuring quality standards are met and safety rules followed. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; identify waste and notify supervisor of issues.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform duties in compliance with USDA, OSHA, state and federal regulations and GMPs.
