Schwan's Company is hiring for a full-time production position in a food manufacturing environment. Starting pay is $16.75 per hour with first shift hours typically from 5:30am to 4:00pm, and weekends/overtime as needed.

You will be unpacking materials, mixing ingredients, assembling products, and ensuring quality throughout the process. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision plans, a 401k with company match, paid holidays, PTO, and other company-paid

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–1 year of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity and repetitive motion tolerance.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure all products meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products and document waste as directed; discard or fix defective items.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems or equipment breakdowns.
• Follow USDA, OSHA, GMP and safety regulations in all duties.

What You Will Do:

• Unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods.
• Ensure that all products (from raw materials to finished products) meet company and government quality standards.
• Inspect products; throwing out or fixing products as necessary; writing down amount of waste as directed.
• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).

What We Look For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.
