Job summary

CJ Schwan's is seeking a full-time production worker to join the team in a food manufacturing environment. You will unpack raw materials, mix ingredients, assemble products, and package finished goods, ensuring all items meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include inspecting products, documenting waste, and communicating issues to supervisors. The role requires adherence to GMPs and safety rules and may involve rotating shifts and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 0 to 1 years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for extended periods on concrete floors.
• Strong manual dexterity; capable of performing repetitive hand, wrist, and arm motions.
• Be adaptable to rotating schedules, including weekends and overtime as needed.

• Notify supervisor of quality issues, ingredient/material problems and/or equipment breakdowns.
• Perform all duties in compliance with existing USDA, OSHA, State, Federal, and company regulations, policies, and procedures (including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's) and safety regulations).
