Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a production associate to supervise an assembly line, ensure quality output, and communicate changes to staff. The role focuses on efficient line operation, accurate paperwork, and adherence to clean room procedures.

You will build kits, assign stations, verify BOMs, and maintain a safe, organized workspace. Previous manufacturing experience and basic math and reading skills are required, with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous production/manufacturing experience.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow clean room procedures.
• Ability to read and understand simple instructions and memos.
• Willing to stand for up to 6 days a week and lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee employees on a single assembly line and ensure efficient production.
• Build first kits and assign assembly stations.
• Verify daily paperwork (DHR, inserts, labels, deviations).
• Complete line paperwork and ensure correct BOM components.
• Enforce company policies and maintain a clean, safe area.
• Communicate changes and procedures to line staff.
