Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking an entry level Production/Packaging associate responsible for assembling, packaging, and preparing component trays and kits for customer orders. You will perform tasks to ensure products are properly assembled, inspected, and ready for shipping.

The role requires basic math and English literacy, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and teamwork with a focus on safety and quality. Overtime may be required to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and compute basic math.
• Fluently speak, read and write English.
• Must be able to use a computer to locate information and print reports.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Must be able to bend, twist, reach, push and lift for extended periods daily.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and sort materials; handle work orders and calculate material requirements.
• Assemble trays, kits, or packages according to specifications; rotate tasks on the production line.
• Measure, fold, pack finished goods and inspect for defects to meet quality standards.
• Pack finished goods for delivery using correct documentation and packaging materials.
• Maintain and operate production equipment; keep workstations organized and clean.
• Follow safety rules and maintain clean work areas.
• Meet quality and productivity targets.
