Job summary

Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Light Production Assembler in Roseville, CA, to support the production of medical devices in a cleanroom setting. You will assemble devices per detailed instructions, perform inspections, and document lot histories, while maintaining strict cleanliness and gowning standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use microscopes, tweezers, soldering irons and small hand tools.
• Experience in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing is a plus; entry-level welcome.

Responsibilities

• Assemble medical devices following detailed manufacturing instructions, SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and conformance.
• Accurately document lot history records and component accountability.
• Set up and operate manufacturing equipment in a cleanroom environment.
• Maintain cleanliness, gowning practices and housekeeping standards in a controlled environment.
