Zusammenfassung

ProMed is seeking a Production Operator to perform a variety of manual and semi-automated tasks for sub-assemblies and final products. You will help maintain productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety with minimal supervision in a cleanroom environment.

The role requires reading and following SOPs, safe operation of equipment, and flexibility to support other teams as needed. Prior experience in molding or cleanroom manufacturing is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Fine motor skills and good hand/eye coordination.
• Good vision (with or without corrective lenses).
• Read, write, speak and comprehend English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet deadlines and priorities.
• Experience using a microscope/reticle.
• Experience in thermoplastic or silicone molding and inspection.
• Clean room component or device manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 (current) standards.

Aufgaben

• Follows manufacturing procedures, including documentation of product traceability.
• Operates the required manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Meets established production standards.
• Completes assembly tasks like gluing, heat-shrinking, and resistance welding.
• Supports R&D projects as needed.
• Performs press setups as required.
• Reads and follows SOPs precisely.
• Follows startup and shutdown procedures.
• Provides temporary support to other production teams as needed.
• Maintains regular, reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
