Agrisolutions is seeking an Assembly Coordinator in Rock Island, IL to oversee daily operations in the assembly department, ensuring smooth, safe and efficient workflows. You will coordinate station rotations, monitor production flow, maintain quality, and lead staff to meet production goals.

The role supports programming and scheduling for new robotic production cells, with duties including leading line 3 personnel, training on Fanuc assembly robotics, and upholding 5S and safety standards.

Competenze

• 2-5 years' experience around CNC equipment.
• Robotic experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing experience.

Mansioni

• Lead line 3; supervise production staff.
• Run the line and direct line 3 employees.
• Train on operation of a Fanuc Assembly robot.
• Work 8-hour shift, primarily Monday - Friday.
• Pull die sets out of hydraulic presses safely and setup tooling.
• Ensure programs match product data in the system.
