ECOLAB is seeking an Assembler III in Roscoe, IL to lead assembly of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components to exact specifications. This senior role includes mentoring teammates and driving continuous improvement.

You will work with fixtures and tools, perform checks, and ensure safety and quality across every build. The position emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and delivering reliable equipment on a fast-paced line.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of panel building or assembly experience preferred.
• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical components with precision, following close tolerances and exact specifications.
• Perform remanufacturing operations including disassembly, repairs, cleaning, and inspection of units.
• Use fixtures, hand tools, and power tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Follow process sheets to ensure quality and compliance; perform safety checks.
• Identify and resolve recurring issues using problem-solving tools and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor and train teammates; support continuous improvement initiatives.
