We are looking for an Assembly Coordinator to join our team at Agrisolutions in Rock Island, IL. The Assembly Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily operations in the assembly department to ensure processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role involves coordinating station rotations, monitoring workflow, maintaining quality standards, and leading staff to meet production goals.

Job Summary Description:

This position is necessary to ensure that the new robotic production cells are properly programmed, scheduled, maintained and productive.

Essential Functions:

• Present as a leader for line 3
• Run the line and direct line 3 production employees
• Train on operation of a Fanuc Assembly robot
• Work 8-hour shift, primarily Monday - Friday.
• Responsible for safely pulling die sets out of hydraulic presses as schedule demands and setting new tooling.
• Responsible for ensuring programs match product being entered into the system.
• Responsible to maintain a Gema powder paint system, primarily monitoring powder replacement, mil thickness to spec, quality of finished product out of oven.
• Will run quality checks every ~ 50 parts to measure against print specifications for hole size, eccentricity, etc.
• Demonstrates 5s practices for a clean and organized work area.
• Promotes and follows all safety measures.
• Duties and responsibilities performed normally do require special physical requirements including bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Additionally, the ability to strike heavily with a 3lb hammer.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• 2 - 5 years' experience around CNC equipment
• Robotic experience is a plus
• Manufacturing experience

Working Conditions:

• Works in a factory environment, and can be exposed to dirt, grit, noise, and dust. Protective clothing and safety equipment are required while working in the facility. This environment is typically lit with fluorescent or LED lights.
• Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions and temperatures in the warehouse.

Physical Demands:

• Sits, stands, walks, and moves around the warehouse 8 or more hours per day on concrete floors.
• Lifts heavy objects by hand or with equipment.
• Regularly bends, stoops, and squats;
