This role is essential in maintaining product quality by identifying leaks or deficiencies during coil pressure testing. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Quality AssuranceMaintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Product InspectionDiscard or reject products, materials, and equipment that do not meet specifications.Testing ProceduresAnalyze and interpret blueprints, data, and manuals to determine specifications and testing procedures.Read engineering drawings, bills of material, and manufacturing instructions to ensure product accuracy and quality.Leak Detection & RepairTest coils for conformance to specifications, detecting and repairing leaks found during pressure testing.Problem SolvingNotify supervisors and other personnel of production problems and assist in identifying and correcting these issues.Test MonitoringRead dials and gauges to verify that testing equipment is functioning at specified levels.Equipment MaintenanceRepair equipment to correct defects identified during inspections, as necessary.Product Handling4492 Hunt Street, Pryor Oklahoma 74361 918.825.7222 www.RAECorp.comStack and arrange tested products for further processing, shipping, or packaging, and transport them to other workstations as necessary.Team ContributionContribute to team efforts by collaborating with others and accomplishing related tasks as needed.Administrative & ComplianceAccurately charge time in the time and attendance system to ensure proper labor distribution and payroll accuracy.Utilize IFS system for daily operations, including logging in, reviewing assigned work, and maintaining accurate recordsComplete and clear IFS shop orders in a timely and accurate manner to support production tracking and reportingParticipate in and complete required IFS training to ensure proper system usage and complianceComply with all government regulations, laws, company policies, and procedures.Attend work as scheduled, arrive on time, and work overtime as required to meet production demands.Independence and InitiativeFollow manufacturing instructions, work independently without constant supervision, and complete job assignments on time.Tool and Equipment CareCare for tools and equipment, and advise maintenance when equipment is not functioning properly.Clean Work AreaClean the work area as required to maintain a safe and organized environment.Desired Qualifications:Education & Experience:A high school education is preferred for continued upward advancement within the company.
