Maintain Work Environmento Ensure a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, andregulations.o Collaborate with coil shop personnel to maintain the cleanliness of the shop and externalareas.2. Document Review and Complianceo Review and understand CSF and other build documents prior to and during equipmentassembly.o Ensure that manufacturing instructions are followed.3. Production Area Monitoringo Review production areas daily and assist various production groups as needed (Fin, Tube,Build, Expanding, Brazing, etc.).4. Quality Inspectiono Monitor all coils in production for signs of defect and perform spot checks.o Conduct detailed inspections, including MPT/FPT gauge tests, go/no-go tests, anddistributor, header, and connection checks.5. Tubing and Material Checkso Inspect tubing for physical damage, excess oil, or contaminants, and ensure onlyacceptable materials are used.6. Spot Checking Quality Listso Verify ball bearings for expansion, expansion mandrels, and other key quality parametersin production.7. First-Run Criteriao Work with Fin, Tube, and CMS operators to ensure first-run accuracy. Develop trainingand troubleshooting materials as needed.8. Brazing and Floater Checkso Ensure proper decay tests are performed by Brazing personnel before coils are sent totest.o Work with floaters to complete full checks, ensuring dimensions and airflow direction arecorrect.9. Corrective Actions and Trainingo Review nonconformance issues, perform corrective actions, and develop trainingmaterials.o Review rework costs and identify frequent rework issues for correction.10. Calibration and Equipment Monitoringo Collaborate with other Quality Control personnel to ensure equipment and tools arecalibrated.11. Support for Coil Shop Personnelo Provide coil shop personnel with adequate tools, training, and materials to perform theirjob functions.12. Grading and KPI Developmento Input grades from testers, review results with Production weekly, and develop KPIs forgrading, rework, leak rates, etc.13. Continuous Improvemento Participate in teams to improve design and functionality of equipment (PDCA, KATA,LMS, Continuous Improvement).14. Cross-Department Collaborationo Work with departments throughout RAE Corporation to gather and provide informationneeded for production and quality assurance.15. Attendance and Complianceo Adhere to attendance requirements as outlined in the Employee Handbook and bymanagement.o Comply with government regulations, laws, company policies, and procedures.16. Knowledge of assembly and servicing of refrigeration and HVACequipment is a plus.
