Aquarion Water Authority (AWA) seeks a Business Systems Analyst, IT Water Quality to own and administer the LIMS environment, aligning IT with environmental science to optimize sample tracking and laboratory workflows. You will partner with the Water Quality team and IT to implement compliant, cost-effective solutions.

Based in Monroe, CT, this exempt salary role offers a hybrid schedule after three months and requires eligibility to work in the U.S. No visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with LIMS and water quality regulatory reporting.
• Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Maintain, configure, and optimize LIMS metadata and workflows.
• Serve as SME to resolve system bugs and data anomalies.
• Develop and deploy system enhancements and report templates.
• Collaborate with Water Quality to map sampling protocols to digital workflows.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state drinking water regulations and data audits.
