Job summary

Aqua America, Inc. seeks a Laboratory Analyst to perform routine analyses of water and wastewater samples in our accredited lab. You will operate GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, GC/ECD, and related instrumentation, ensuring accurate reports and data packages while maintaining quality records.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in spreadsheets and lab software. A rotating Wed–Sun schedule may apply at our Bryn Mawr, PA facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred in water and wastewater analysis.
• Must be proficient in spreadsheet software and other lab data software.
• Experience in water and wastewater analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of water and wastewater samples in the Organic section of the laboratory.
• Analyze compliance and operational samples using various analytical techniques.
• Prepare reports on all analytical work and create data packages.
• Operate instrumentation such as GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, and GC/ECD.
• Be available to work a Wednesday–Sunday rotating schedule and maintain required records.
