You will lead customer-focused demonstrations of Vault LIMS within the Vault Quality Cloud suite, partnering with Strategy and Sales to drive value-driven engagements. The role requires 3+ years in LIMS and regulated manufacturing, strong communication, and a willingness to travel 20–30% (including international).

Qualifications

• 3+ years of LIMS experience in manufacturing sectors
• 3+ years in regulated environments (F&B, CPG, chemical, pharma)
• Deep understanding of QC lab operations and processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholders
• Willingness to travel 20–30%, including international travel

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-centric, value-driven LIMS demonstrations for Vault LIMS and Vault Quality Cloud
• Develop proofs of concepts and workshops to illustrate business impact
• Support RFP responses with solution fit and value insights
• Train and enable sales teams on LIMS functionality and discovery techniques
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
