Job summary

EITACIES Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the LIMS deployment in Hillsboro, Oregon. This onsite role focuses on organizational change, communications, and vendor coordination over a ~3-year project timeline.

You will manage complex schedules, maintain milestones, and guide risk mitigation while coordinating resources and user acceptance testing for the LIMS replacement initiative.

Qualifications

• PMP certification is required.
• Experience working with state government projects is required.
• Strong project management experience across complex schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365 tools is expected.

Responsibilities

• Project manage multiple complex project schedules and timelines.
• Maintain milestones and critical paths; monitor and control projects.
• Elevate risks and issues impacting project delivery.
• Coordinate resources and respond to information requests from vendors and project team.
• Support organizational change management and UAT for the LIMS replacement project.
• Prepare biweekly status reports and capacity reports.
