Altria Client Services LLC is seeking a hands‑on LIMS Product Owner and Technical Lead to drive the OneLab LIMS platform across Altria’s operating companies. The role emphasizes platform delivery, method development, system configuration, and strong stakeholder collaboration in a regulatory environment.

The position is based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid schedule (in the office Tue–Thu). Local relocation benefits are available.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• 5+ years of educational and/or work experience with laboratory or scientific systems.
• Hands‑on experience developing or supporting a LIMS in a regulated laboratory environment preferred.
• Experience as a product owner or team lead on a system implementation or upgrade preferred.
• Experience in instrument and system integrations preferred.
• Working knowledge of QMS documentation, validation, and User Acceptance Testing preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical testing workflows preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, and the ability to translate scientific needs into technical solutions.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet commitments in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Product Ownership and Platform Delivery: Own the OneLab LIMS platform end to end, define MVP, plan releases, and manage SOWs for enhancements.
• Leading platform upgrades from readiness through testing and go‑live, prioritizing fixes and replacing customizations with out‑of‑the‑box features.
• Defining and maintaining method architecture and configuration standards to simplify the system.
