Job summary

Altria Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on LIMS Product Owner and Technical Lead for OneLab. Based in Richmond, VA with a hybrid office schedule, the role drives platform delivery, method development, integrations, and QA in a regulated lab environment.

You will translate scientific needs into software requirements, lead a team of method developers, and collaborate across IT, quality, and business partners to deliver robust solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in IS/CS or related field.
• 5+ years working with laboratory or scientific systems.
• Hands-on experience with a LIMS in a regulated lab environment.
• Product ownership or team lead on a system implementation or upgrade.

Responsibilities

• Own OneLab LIMS end-to-end: scope, MVP, release sequencing, and SOWs.
• Lead upgrades from readiness to go-live, prioritize fixes.
• Define architecture and configuration standards to simplify the system.
