Job summary

Techgene Solutions is seeking a Senior LIMS Business Analyst in Richmond, VA to implement a Starlims LPH product for testing Environmental and Clinical samples. The role includes responsibilities such as application discovery, requirements gathering, and QA testing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of laboratory experience and LIMS implementation, along with strong analytical problem-solving skills. This hybrid schedule requires 3 days in the office and remote work on Thursdays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of laboratory experience, either clinical or environmental.
• At least 5 years of experience with LIMS implementation.
• 10 years of analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct application discovery and training.
• Gather requirements and perform QA testing.
• Assist in STARLIMS configuration validation.

Laboratory experience – clinical or environmental bench work
