Job summary

Zifo seeks a Laboratory Informatics Consultant to design, configure, and implement enterprise LIMS solutions (Sapio or similar) within regulated lab settings. You will manage end-to-end sample lifecycle workflows and collaborate with global support on larger programs.

You should have hands-on experience with requirements gathering, validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ), and post-implementation support to ensure data integrity and compliance across sample processing, testing, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering requirements from laboratory stakeholders for end-to-end LIMS projects.
• Strong understanding of regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO) and data integrity principles.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional designs and configuration specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirements gathering with laboratory stakeholders and document end-to-end sample lifecycle requirements.
• Analyze sample receipt, testing, review, approval, and disposition workflows.
• Configure Sapio-based LIMS modules including sample login, accessioning, chain of custody, test execution, results review, and reporting.
