Job summary

Zifo is seeking a Laboratory Informatics Consultant to implement and support enterprise LIMS like LabWare and LabVantage in regulated labs, focusing on sample-centric workflows and data integrity.

As a consultant, you will design, configure, and deploy informatics solutions for pharma, biotech, CROs, and manufacturing environments. You will collaborate with global teams, lead requirements gathering, validate configurations, and train end users.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with laboratory informatics systems LabWare or similar.
• Experience implementing and supporting sample lifecycle management in LIMS.
• Experience in regulated environments (GxP, FDA, ISO) and ALCOA+ principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support requirements gathering with laboratory stakeholders, emphasizing end-to-end sample lifecycle management.
• Analyze laboratory processes related to sample receipt, testing, review, approval, and disposition.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into LIMS functional designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure LIMS solutions (Labware) independently or as part of a national or global team to support sample login, accessioning, chain of custody, test execution and result entry.
• Develop and execute system testing and validation deliverables (IQ/OQ/PQ, test scripts, traceability matrices).
• Provide post-implementation support focused on sample processing, results management, and workflow execution.
