Responsibilities and Duties

• Dispatch Coordination: Manage and coordinate the daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet customer demands and schedules.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate with clients to confirm reservations, address inquiries, and provide outstanding customer service.
• Route Optimization: Efficiently plan and optimize routes for drivers to ensure on-time arrivals and departures.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor vehicle locations, traffic conditions, and potential delays, and provide timely updates to clients and drivers.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to unforeseen situations, such as accidents or breakdowns, and coordinate necessary actions to minimize disruptions.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, client interactions, and driver assignments.
• Driver Support: Provide guidance and support to chauffeurs, including assistance with navigation and addressing on-road issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure that all vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and meet safety standards.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
