The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications

• Has prior dispatching experience and familiarity with transportation operations.
• Knowledge of local Boca Raton area streets and traffic patterns.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients, drivers, and team members.
• Able to troubleshoot issues quickly and adapt to changing schedules.
• Well organized with multitasking ability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch of limousines and chauffeurs to meet schedules.
• Communicate with clients to confirm reservations and handle inquiries.
