Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, including supervisory or program management experience.
• Experience implementing, configuring, or administering financial, payroll, or timekeeping software.
• Proficiency with Excel and Word; ability to handle confidential information.
• Strong leadership, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn complex systems quickly and become a reliable resource.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance and Administrative team including finance, payroll, grants and contracts, HR and IT staff.
• Oversee the rollout of new financial, timesheet, and grant management software with vendors.
• Maintain the District’s financial picture across funds, grants, and programs.
• Ensure month-end close, payroll, grant billing, and Board reporting stay on schedule.
• Provide HR governance, records management, and compliance support.
• Coordinate with Executive Director during maternity leave and ensure smooth operations.
