Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate accounting records using governmental accounting practices and GAAP principles.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow, and budget-to-actual reports for the Manager and Board.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, deposits, POs, and reimbursements; coordinate invoices and payments.
• Coordinate grant invoices, expenses, and reporting; assist with grant budgets and financial review or audit.
• Process biweekly payroll, verify timesheets, and manage payroll taxes and year-end documents.
