Job summary

Hunt Electric is seeking a Project Manager – Limited Energy in the United States to oversee low voltage construction projects. You will coordinate with estimators, designers, engineers, and customers to ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor forecasting, procurement, and closeout. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in electrical or limited energy and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in electrical or limited energy.
• Knowledge of materials, methods, systems in electrical and limited energy.
• Ability to interpret specifications, drawings, and contract documents.
• Experience coordinating with field leaders, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail oriented.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
• Experience with construction/project management software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project handoff and pre-planning with internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules based on requirements and progress.
• Manage project budgets and monitor financial performance.
• Lead change orders, RFIs, and procurement activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors and field labor needs.
• Support field personnel and ensure tools and resources are available.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to prevent delays.
• Prepare project turnover deliverables and closeout documentation.
