Job summary

Lil' Kickers Assistant Coordinator will provide a safe, fun, and structured environment for Lil' Kickers participants. You will support the entire Lil' Kickers Program across clinics, leagues, camps, and events.

You will greet participants and their families, explain program rules, coach classes, respond to inquiries, and assist in staffing and training throughout the season, while upholding safety and a positive atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Willingness to be a Team Player and a Hard Worker.
• Prior experience as a coach preferred, but not required
• Prior experience in Early Childhood Education preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with supervisors and with customers

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and welcome those participants in class
• Explain all program rules and policies to kids and parents
• Coach Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute classes
• Respond to all customer service inquiries regarding your program
• Adhere to strict safety rules for Lil' Kickers participants
• Assist the managing and organizing of staffing weekly
• Assist coaches through their training throughout the seasons
• Distribute all marketing initiatives each session
• Assist the lead coordinator in all tasks related to the Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute programs

Our business provides recreational services for children as young as 18 months to 12 years old. We do this through a variety of activities and programming through clinics, leagues, camps, and party/events.
