Job summary

Sofive Soccer Center is seeking enthusiastic educators to join our Lil' Kickers coaching team. If you're kid-focused and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Entry-level position with training provided; weekend availability is required to support our seasonal program and community events, helping young players develop skills in a fun, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Entry level: no prior coaching experience required; training provided.
• Weekend availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills with parents and kids.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors.
• Team-oriented, energetic and FUN-loving attitude.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
