Job summary

Sofive Soccer Center in Winter Park & Lake Nona is seeking a Skills Institute Coach to run weekly classes for children ages 5 to 12. You will lead engaging training sessions using the Skills Institute curriculum to teach core skills like dribbling, passing and teamwork.

Join a positive, growth-oriented team with weekend hours and additional opportunities on weekdays, in a rapidly expanding youth soccer organization focused on development and fun.

Qualifications

• Coaching youth soccer and facilitating sessions.
• Experience working with kids in a sports setting is a plus.
• Ability to implement age-appropriate drills and activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12.
• Use Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, teamwork).
• Create a positive, encouraging environment that challenges players.
• Foster character development with teamwork, perseverance and sportsmanship.
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families.
• Represent Sofive and the brands with enthusiasm.
• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed.

Are you highly motivated, kid-centric, and passionate about soccer? Sofive Soccer Center is currently seeking enthusiastic educators and coaches to join our team! As a Skills Institute coach, you will play a pivotal role in providing fun, friendly, and structured weekly classes for children ages 5 to 12.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for kids ages 5 to 12
• Use our proven Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork
• Create a positive, encouraging, and challenging environment where players can grow
• Foster character development by emphasizing teamwork, perseverance, and sportsmanship
• Build meaningful relationships with players and families
• Represent the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands with enthusiasm
• Support marketing efforts and assist with special events when needed

Schedule

• Weekend availability is required
• Additional opportunities available on weekday afternoons and evenings
• Shifts are consistent throughout a 13‑week season
