Sofive, the home of 5-a-side soccer, is seeking Lil' Kickers coaches to nurture young players aged 18 months to 5 years. This entry-level role emphasizes fun, safety, and learning through a structured curriculum.

You will work weekends, commit to coaching weekly for 13 weeks, and train on our program. If you are energetic, kid-focused, and a team player, we want to hear from you and join our growing, community-minded organization.

• Entry Level: No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
