Job summary

Sofive is seeking Lil' Kickers coaches to nurture young talent at our soccer centers. This entry level role offers training and the chance to grow with a community obsessed with the beautiful game.

You will work with energetic kids, follow the weekly curriculum, communicate with parents about progress, and uphold safety guidelines while representing the Lil' Kickers brand.

Weekend availability and a 13-week commitment are required as you join Sofive’s passionate team.

Qualifications

• Entry level; no prior coaching experience required; training provided.
• Weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
