Sofive Soccer Centers is seeking Lil' Kickers coaches to nurture young talent and deliver the Lil' Kickers curriculum. If you're highly motivated, kid-centric, and ready to make a positive impact, we want to hear from you!

Entry level positions include training, weekend availability, and a 13-week commitment. This role emphasizes safety, parental communication, and representing the Lil' Kickers brand at events.

Qualifications

• Entry Level: No prior coaching experience required. Training provided.
• Availability to work weekends.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage children's behaviors.
• Team player mentality.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and FUN!

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
