Job summary

Sofive Soccer Center is seeking Lil' Kickers coaches to create a fun, structured learning environment for children aged 18 months to 5 years. You will guide early development, promote teamwork, and represent a friendly brand in every class.

No prior coaching experience is required—training is provided. Weekend availability, a 13-week commitment, and the ability to manage young children are essential. Expect $16 per hour, with opportunities to engage families and support community events.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child's progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
