Job summary

Sofive is seeking Lil' Kickers coaches to work with young players in our soccer centers. No prior coaching experience is required; training is provided. You’ll work weekends and commit to coaching 13 weeks, while helping kids enjoy the beautiful game in a safe, supportive environment.

As a coach, you’ll manage children's behavior, follow weekly curriculums, and engage families. You’ll represent the brand during events and community activities, bringing energy and a playful, educational approach

• Entry level; training provided.
• Weekend availability is required.
• Commitment to coaching weekly for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with parents before and after classes regarding their child’s progress.
• Adhere to safety guidelines for Lil' Kickers programming.
• Represent the Lil' Kickers brand during customer interactions.
• Assist with grassroots marketing and community events.
• Follow weekly curriculum and lesson plans.
• Maintain consistency in shifts throughout each season.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Manager relevant to the role.
