Excel-Realty-Group seeks a high-energy Real Estate Manager to oversee a 1,100-unit LIHTC portfolio across MI, OH, PA, GA, and AL, plus a 10-site commercial portfolio. The role combines asset management with hands-on property oversight in a hybrid setting.

Reporting to the Company President, the ideal candidate has deep LIHTC knowledge, multi-site ownership experience, and proficiency with OneSite and Rent Manager to drive performance and tenant relations.

Qualifications

• Substantial multifamily asset management experience.
• Strong Section 42 LIHTC knowledge and leasing mechanics.
• Direct experience managing office and retail assets.
• Proficiency with property management software (OneSite, Rent Manager).
• Leadership, high energy and resourcefulness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a 1,100-unit multifamily portfolio across five states.
• Review third-party operator reports and optimize performance.
• Maximize revenue through LIHTC rent optimization.
• Manage leasing and renewals for 10-site commercial portfolio.
• Oversee capital improvements and TI buildouts with contractors.
