Qualifications

Substantial experience in regional or corporate multifamily property/asset management.
Specialized LIHTC knowledge in Section 42 requirements and leasing mechanics.
Direct experience managing office and retail assets, including lease structuring and negotiation.
Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard property management software (OneSite, Rent Manager).
Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Oversee multifamily asset management across a 1,100-unit portfolio.
Monitor, evaluate, and optimize financial and operating performance across multiple states.
Review monthly operating and financial reports from third-party managers.
Negotiate commercial leases and manage renewals to minimize vacancies.
Supervise brokers and vendors for leasing and maintenance.
Oversee capital improvements and TI buildouts with contractors.
