Job summary
Holladay Ventures in Nashville, TN seeks a high-performing Real Estate LIHTC Development Manager to lead the full development cycle from feasibility to close-out. You will combine financial analysis, project management, and deal sourcing with LIHTC expertise to advance affordable housing projects.
Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in multifamily development with LIHTC, strong modeling skills, and experience coordinating with lenders, designers, and public agencies to meet deadlines and revenue
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–6 years in new construction multifamily development, 3+ years LIHTC.
- Experience across acquisition, financing, design, construction to stabilization.
- Experience with LIHTC funding and grant writing.
- Comfortable with public speaking and community presentations.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling.
- Analyze potential properties, prepare pro formas, coordinate due diligence.
- Negotiate LOIs and purchase contracts with sellers or brokers.
- Prepare responses to RFPs and bid solicitations with financing analyses.
- Oversee development budgets and schedules to meet milestones.
- Collaborate with design/construction teams and consultants.
- Attend progress meetings and review development invoices and draws.
- Monitor lease-up or stabilization efforts.
