Paths Building Services LLC in Clarkston, GA is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for LIHTC affordable housing to handle tenant interactions, collections, lease administration, and complaints.

You will coordinate with maintenance for work orders, perform unit inspections, manage move-ins and move-outs, and ensure annual certifications and Section 8 packages are completed on time. This non-exempt role is in a growing affordable-housing portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Some college preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in property management, including experience with Section 8.
• Previous supervisory experience, a plus.
• Familiarity with affordable housing and annual certifications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily arrears collections and resident follow-ups as needed.
• Oversee the resident move-in and move-out process.
• Inspect units prior to move-ins and after move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance staff on work order administration.
• Assist with annual unit inspections to ensure Tax Credit regulatory compliance.
• Ensure on-time collection and completion of all annual resident certifications.
• Process new move-in packages.
• Prepare Section 8 packages for supervisor review.
