Job summary

Highland Property Management, Inc. in Rexburg, ID, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the operations of our 40-unit LIHTC complex and related properties.

You will manage resident relations, budgeting, compliance, rent collection, and vendor coordination, with emphasis on high-quality service and accurate reporting. This is a full-time, hourly position requiring strong MS Office skills and prior LIHTC experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of hands-on property management of LIHTC complexes, including resident and financial management.
• Experience with resident campaigns and retention programs.
• Strong compliance knowledge and rent payment scheduling.
• Budgeting, reporting, and coordination with maintenance and vendors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of LIHTC property portfolio and 40-unit complex.
• Manage resident relations, applications, waitlists, move-ins and renewals.
• Ensure compliance, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with Maintenance Supervisor on PM and remodels.
