Fairfield Homes, Inc. is seeking an experienced Community Manager for Pearl House Lancaster, a supportive housing community in Lancaster, Ohio. This on-site, full-time position requires property management experience and LIHTC familiarity to serve residents with care and professionalism.

You will oversee daily operations, manage leasing and renewals, maintain curb appeal, and work toward occupancy and financial goals while delivering excellent customer service in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Property management experience (1 year) required.
• Affordable housing experience; LIHTC, HUD Section 8, HOME preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with property management software (Yardi or RealPage).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily community operations in a timely, professional manner.
• Manage resident relations, including leasing, renewals and addressing concerns.
• Maintain a welcoming environment with strong curb appeal.
• Deliver high-level service to residents, prospects and guests.
• Support occupancy, retention and financial goals.
