Indigo Real Estate Services is seeking an Assistant Community Director for affordable housing to lead daily property operations and maintain resident relations. You will organize the office, ensure compliance with fair housing and government standards, and supervise a team of 3+ staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of property management experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• Experience managing multifamily or 55+ senior properties.

Responsibilities

• Plan, control, and direct day-to-day property operations.
• Structure office workflow and organization.
• Meet financial objectives and ensure compliance with housing and government standards.
• Train and manage staff and oversee leasing, collections, and resident services.
• Maintain accurate reporting and annual budgets; monitor expenditures.
• Support marketing and advertising updates, including ILS listings.
• Provide site-level revenue and expense accounting and reporting.
• Assist the Community Director and handle other duties as assigned.
