The Carlin, a senior affordable housing community in Arlington, VA, seeks an Assistant Property Manager to support daily operations, leasing, and LIHTC compliance. You will interact with residents, vendors, and RHF corporate teams to ensure efficient and compliant community operations.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and resident-focused, with experience in managing certifications, leasing functions, and administrative duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of office or administrative experience.
• Property management or LIHTC experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in affordable or senior housing environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and RealPage OneSite.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations, leasing activities, and administrative duties.
• Process certifications, lease paperwork, and maintain compliant files.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and occupancy records to support full occupancy.
• Serve as primary contact for residents and applicants with professional communication.
