Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Maintenance Technician for Dartmouth Crossing North in Tigard, OR. The role supports the Community Manager, ensuring site safety, curb appeal and timely property maintenance, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

The position requires maintenance experience, English proficiency, and own tools; a valid driver’s license and CPO may be needed for pool properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of property maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Must own or have access to insured vehicle and own tools.
• Comfortable reading, writing and speaking English.
• Ability to complete training and attend sessions within deadlines.
• Possess or gain CPO certification if property has a pool.

Responsabilités

• Represent Guardian professionally at all times.
• Maintain property to meet laws and have strong curb appeal.
• Prioritize and process work orders, urgent and routine.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Keep records of space conditions and property reports.
• Remain on call for emergencies; on a rotating weekend schedule.
• Accurately record time worked and adhere to timekeeping.
• Support Community Manager in management obligations.
• Perform or coordinate pool/spa maintenance when applicable.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident and Guardian information.
