The Franklin Group in Fairfax, VA is hiring a Leasing Consultant for the Fairfax Crest LIHTC property. You will show and lease apartments to prospective residents and support the community’s marketing plan.

The role requires LIHTC experience, a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of Fair Housing standards. This is an hourly, non-exempt position with opportunities to contribute to resident retention and community growth.

Formación

• LIHTC knowledge and applicable program regulations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Fair Housing training must be completed within 1 day of hire; harassment courses within 7 days.

Responsabilidades

• Show and lease apartments to prospective residents.
• Maintain model and target apartments, and ensure cleanliness of work areas.
• Know lease terms, policies, and required sales techniques.
• Maintain contact with apartment locator services and local businesses for marketing materials.
• Develop and maintain resident retention programs under the Community Manager.
• Process administrative forms and reports accurately.
