Asset Living in Miami, FL is seeking an Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist to review LIHTC applications and ensure eligibility and regulatory compliance. You will monitor changes in LIHTC rules, participate in external reviews, and travel up to half of the year to property visits, trainings, and conferences.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.

Qualificações

• Strong organizational skills and a detail-oriented approach.
• Solid computer literacy, including RealPage Onesite Tax Credit software.
• Housing Credit Certified Professional certification is a plus; attend HCCP training within 2 years and pass exam.
• Knowledge of the HUD program is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Review Affordable Housing resident files for eligibility and compliance with laws.
• Review files within 24 hours of receiving information.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures in the personnel manual.
• Monitor changes in LIHTC regulations and implement updates.
• Attend TDHCA trainings annually and complete HCCP training within 2 years.
• Participate in all tax credit reviews by outside entities.
• Travel approximately 50% of work time annually for visits, conferences, or trainings.
