Jobot is seeking a Compliance Specialist in the North Carolina area to oversee LIHTC file reviews, income calculations, and occupancy certifications across multiple properties. Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on LIHTC compliance experience.
• Experience reviewing move-ins and recertifications.
• Strong knowledge of income limits, rent limits and eligibility.
• Experience with state housing agency reviews and audits is desirable.
• LIHTC or affordable housing certifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review resident files for LIHTC income, eligibility and documentation.
• Interpret LURAs and ensure ongoing property compliance.
• Support audits, reviews, monitoring visits and internal checks.
• Collaborate with property teams to resolve file deficiencies.
